Shipping

Processing time: Orders are usually created and sent out in 1-3 business days, depending on how quickly buyer approves their proof for personalized orders. You will be contacted if the processing time will take longer for any reason.

World is Wide Keepsakes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the USPS or UPS.

Customs and import taxes: Buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized items: I don’t accept exchanges, returns or cancellations on personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order, and I will work with you to try to make it right.

Buyer will receive a proof of all personalized orders to approve prior to engraving. World is Wide is not responsible for personalization errors sent to me by the buyer and/or any errors not identified by the buyer during review of their proof.

Non-personalized items: Non-personalized orders can be returned through the below process.

Return process: Non-personalized orders, or damaged or defective personalized orders, can be returned through the following process: Contact me within 7 days (kristie@worldiswide.com) to approve the return, and return the item to me within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
